Last updated July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trinitylocke.com and related reader services operated under the Trinity Locke author brand (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Site is the public home for Trinity Locke, author of the Connection Services series. Contact: hello@trinitylocke.com.
2. What the Site offers
The Site provides book information, author updates, newsletter signup, and related reader content. Features may change over time. Nothing on the Site is legal, medical, or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse forms, APIs, or authentication callbacks;
- attempt to access private systems, tokens, or non-public account data;
- interfere with Site security, rate limits, or availability;
- use the Site for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive activity;
- scrape the Site in a way that harms service quality or violates law.
4. Newsletter and email
If you join the reader list, you consent to receive occasional email updates from Trinity Locke. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Email delivery is handled by our email provider under their terms and our Privacy Policy.
5. Connected platform accounts
Trinity Locke may connect official brand social accounts (for example Instagram, Threads, Facebook Page, or TikTok) through platform OAuth or developer tools so we can manage our own content, analytics, and draft workflows. Those connections are for the Trinity Locke brand accounts only. They are not a consumer login for Site visitors. Platform features remain subject to each platform's own terms.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, text, brand assets, and book materials are owned by Trinity Locke or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse Site content without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal reading or fair-use commentary.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to retailers, social platforms, newsletter tools, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Locke and operators of the Site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site.
